Return policy

Hishopie ensures that products reach you safely and on time. We currently do not accept returns. For questions, contact us using the details in the contact section.

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with photographs. Hishopie Bodhi Herbals will resolve the issue.

We understand that a product may not meet your expectations. In that case, contact us. We will evaluate whether a return is possible at your location, at an additional charge.

If a return is offered, there will be a nominal cost to collect the product from your doorstep and return it to us. That cost will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
